An entrepreneuress by nature, Erica fused her split business & creative brains with her poised demeanor and talent for simultaneously managing millions of tasks, to build JLE. Since the company’s inception, she has not only been sought after for event conceptualization and execution, but for her strategizing skills, brand awareness, creative direction, and corporate collaborations.
Before embarking on the birth of JLE, Erica was an event producer for a prestigious firm in NYC and consulted on business development for digital communications start-ups on the East Coast.
She is the mother to the four-legged member of the Jane Layne team; a handsome Boston Terrier name Oscar, a Penn State grad, and is known for being the first and last one on any dance floor.

Stephani began her creative journey in Miami, Florida coordinating fashion shows and working closely planning events for local non-profits. Growing up in the arts, as a dancer and choreographer, her passion for planning, coordination, and design started at an early age.
Prior to joining Team JLE, she worked at a PR firm gaining experience in brand development, social media marketing, and as a publicist. Balancing her time, her clients, and her many to-do lists – her love for all things creative brought her to Orlando, where her infectious personality, attention to detail, and her grace under pressure will shine (bright, like a diamond).
In her “free” time you can find her obsessing over Papo, her adorable miniature English Bulldog and fitting in a dance class whenever possible.

With a deep obsession for fashion and pop-culture, Tess decided to pursue an MBA in Luxury Brand Management with the International Fashion Academy, in Istanbul and Paris. There, she was able to expand her love for branding, events, and marketing.
Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, she is a self-proclaimed travel junkie, and has explored 40 countries in the past 5 years. She loves challenging herself with adventurous cultural experiences, her greatest being a charity hike to the top of Mount Everest at the age of 21.
Her lateral thinking, vivacious and charismatic character, and global experience bring a unique edge to the Jane Layne team.

From a young age – concerts, festivals, and conventions were always on the agenda for this Miami native. As an attendee, she took mental note of the things she was fascinated with: the production, brand activations, and the entertainment at these large-scale events.
With a peeked interest, she enrolled at UCF where she is currently double-majoring in Event Management and Hospitality and minoring in Marketing. This ex-ballerina, online shopping addict, and “food-junkie” studied abroad in London, Paris, and Barcelona. While oversees she developed such an adoration for wine she took matters into her own hands and is now a certified Sommelier – talk about a go-getter!

Infatuated with all things beauty, and a people person from birth, Ryan knew her career would one day need to fuse these two. Staying on top of trends throughout her childhood in Orlando, her creative wheels were spinning and she began using her artistic abilities to sketch designs for nails.
Coupling her nail art with her innate organizational skills and the gift of gab, she started taking on clients and created a small business for herself – adding entrepreneuress to her resume. Having the ability to be innovative while being able to interact with clients was a dream come true, but wasn’t fulfilling enough of her business brain…which lead her to Jane Layne.
When Ryan’s not overseeing the objective’s for company growth, handling client relations, or correcting people that she is in fact a she – despite her parents choice in name; she is chasing after her two incredible (and active) young boys, binge-watching her favorite reality shows, and is still obsessed with all things beauty.
